Sequotech announces the addition of tiag (Teleinformatik Services AG) to the group. This move enables the group to strengthen its presence in German-speaking Switzerland and expand its portfolio of comprehensive IT services for small and medium-sized businesses.
With the addition of tiag, the Sequotech group now comprises ten companies and employs nearly 400 experts in Switzerland and Germany. Since September 1, 2024, Alain Arnold has been leading tiag, formerly Teleinformatik Services AG, succeeding his father, Claude Arnold. This new phase in the company’s development aims to leverage the group’s expertise and Sequotech’s collective resources to offer expanded opportunities to clients and employees. The team will continue to uphold its usual high standards in delivering quality IT services to its customers.
tiag will continue to operate with its existing team and management, while benefiting from the expertise and collective resources of the Sequotech group. At the same time, tiag’s management will become a shareholder of the group and benefit from the company’s long-term development.
Since 2020, Sequotech has pursued an ambitious growth strategy, made possible by an investment from Verium, a Zurich-based multi-family office.
