With this acquisition, Sequotech now comprises nine companies and more than 350 IT experts across Switzerland and Germany. Zubler & Partner will continue to operate under its current management and team, while leveraging the Sequotech Group’s collective knowledge, solutions, and synergies to create even greater value for customers. Like the previous companies that have joined the Sequotech Group, Zubler & Partner’s management will become shareholders in Sequotech.

This exit marks a first milestone for Verium I, placing the fund in the top decile of 2022 vintage continuation funds.
