In 2018, Verium acquired Ceposa AG from Kreuzlingen, Switzerland. Since 2020 and the acquisition of Frische und Service GmbH from Wiesentheid (GER) in 2020, the TAVOLA group unites two renowned antipasti specialists under one roof. Both companies originated from succession solutions. Together, they deliver high-quality antipasti products, offering a creative and premium range of delicacies—from antipasti and olives to mezze and high-quality sauces. TAVOLA provides a complementary product lineup: handcrafted antipasti by Ceposa and high-quality, efficient, standardized volume production by Frische und Service.
They serve wholesale, retail, specialty stores, and gastronomy clients across Germany, Switzerland, and other European countries. With around 260 dedicated employees, TAVOLA produces about 260,000 antipasti portions daily, exceeding 100 tons per week. The TAVOLA Group distinguishes itself through top quality, natural ingredients, and freshness, ensuring high delivery reliability and flexibility.
