Strategic partnership in cybersecurity: avency joins the Sequotech Group

Delémont, January 30, 2024 – avency GmbH, a leading German cybersecurity and web development company based in Münster and Bayreuth (Software Symbiose GmbH), is joining the Sequotech Group. The integration of avency into the fast-growing Swiss IT services group strengthens its presence in the DACH region and adds cybersecurity to its portfolio of products and services. avency joins the group's existing companies – dbi services, UDITIS and exxo it-services – which now employs around 230 employees. Sequotech thus continues its ambitious growth strategy, which began in November 2020 with the investment of Verium (a multi-family office based in Zurich).
