Driven by fundamental trends such as “Industry 4.0” and “Internet of Things”, the degree of automation and the number of networked devices are increasing, as are the associated cyber security challenges. The cyber security challenges associated with this are increasing rapidly. With its standardized, high-quality and comprehensive products, Toradex offers the ideal solution for this and has been able to position itself as one of the world’s leading companies in the segment. Even in the uncertain market environment of the Corona and Ukraine crises, Toradex demonstrated resilience and stability.<\/p>\n

Verium invested in Toradex in 2016, and in the following years the company was fully professionalized and successfully positioned to benefit as a leading company from the strong growth in demand for industrial embedded computing as well as SaaS solutions in the long term. In September 2022, Toradex was sold to Verium I SCSp, a continuation fund consisting of Toradex and the MiT Group. Thus, Verium reinvested in Toradex to continue its organic growth together with the management team.
