Together with Verium, the Group grew significantly as part of a consistent buy-and-build strategy and continuously expanded its market position.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0Sequotech\u00a0Group is an established 360-degree IT outsourcing partner for SMEs and provides specialized IT services in the areas of cloud\/managed services, cyber security, data &amp; analytics, as well as specialized software solutions for enterprise customers and public institutions. Positioned in this structurally growing market,\u00a0Sequotech\u2019s\u00a0business model is characterized by a high share of managed services and strong customer retention through local presence, with significant\u00a0additional\u00a0synergy\u00a0and scaling potential.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In June 2026, following\u00a0strong\u00a0development, the\u00a0Sequotech\u00a0Group was transferred into a continuation vehicle in which\u00a0Sagard\u00a0Private Equity Solutions\u00a0participates\u00a0as an institutional investor. Verium therefore reinvested in the company to build on\u00a0the successful\u00a0collaboration with the experienced management team and to continue the organic and inorganic growth strategy.
