Both companies originated from succession solutions. Together, they deliver high-quality antipasti products, offering a creative and premium range of delicacies\u2014from antipasti and olives to mezze and high-quality sauces. TAVOLA provides a complementary product lineup: handcrafted antipasti by Ceposa and high-quality, efficient, standardized volume production by Frische und Service.<\/p>\n<p>They serve wholesale, retail, specialty stores, and gastronomy clients across Germany, Switzerland, and other European countries. With around 260 dedicated employees, TAVOLA produces about 260,000 antipasti portions daily, exceeding 100 tons per week.
