Verium has successfully closed a continuation vehicle worth over CHF 130 million for the Sequotech group. As part of the transaction, Sagard Private Equity Solutions is participating as an institutional investor, while Verium investors and Sequotech employees will continue to benefit from Sequotech\u2019s future growth. Sequotech, with nine companies and more than 350 employees, is emerging as one of the leading IT services groups in the Swiss market. Since Verium\u2019s investment in 2020, the group has grown significantly\u2014both organically and through acquisitions\u2014and has continuously expanded its market position. The entry of Sagard Private Equity Solutions as an institutional investor marks the beginning of the group\u2019s next phase of growth.<\/b>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
