Zurich, 24 <\/i>July<\/i> 2025 \u2013 V<\/i>erium<\/i> is proud to announce the successful sale of <\/i>Dovida<\/i>, a leading international provider of non-medical home care services, to Ardian. <\/i>Verium<\/i> Investors, together with the founder and CEO Paul Fritz, will re-invest significantly.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Since initially investing in Home Instead back in 2014 alongside founder and CEO Paul Fritz, the Group has grown impressively and further expanded its international footprint. After a partial exit in 2021, Verium re-invested together with Paul Fritz and the extended management team, successfully continuing the Group\u2019s expansion strategy together with Unigestion.<\/p>\n

Alongside Paul Fritz, who will continue to lead the Group\u00a0as CEO, Verium Investors will stay significantly invested in Dovida, pursuing further international growth opportunities together with the new lead investor Ardian.<\/p>\n
