Del\u00e9mont, July 10, 2025 – The Sequotech group announces its third integration this year – SmartYou SA, a leading provider of managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, IT security, and Microsoft 365 solutions. This strategic move significantly strengthens Sequotech\u2019s presence in the Romandie, particularly in the region of Geneva.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

With this acquisition, Sequotech now comprises eight companies and around 330 experts. In line with the group\u2019s philosophy, SmartYou SA will continue to operate independently under its existing name, with its current team, leadership, and company culture, while gaining access to the group\u2019s collective expertise and synergies.<\/p>\n

Sequotech has been following an ambitious growth strategy since 2020, with the support of Verium, a Zurich-based multi-family office and strategic investor.<\/p>\n

In this context, the group integrates SmartYou SA, a leading IT service provider founded in 2010. Headquartered in Gland, SmartYou reinforces Sequotech\u2019s positioning in the Romandie and in the areas of managed IT, cloud infrastructure, IT security, Microsoft 365 solutions and modern workplace.<\/p>\n

In addition, SmartYou\u2019s specialization in advanced IT monitoring and governance, its alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and its finalization of the ISO 27001 certification process will further elevate Sequotech\u2019s cybersecurity and service standards for customers.<\/p>\n
