Del\u00e9mont, April 10, 2025 – The Sequotech group is strengthening its position in cloud services, Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity by acquiring ProCloud AG, a Swiss IT services company based in Lenzburg.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

With this strategic acquisition, Sequotech now comprises seven companies and around 300 experts. ProCloud AG will continue to operate independently with its own name, team, management and culture, while benefiting from the group’s expertise and collective resources.<\/p>\n

Since 2020, Sequotech has been committed to a strong growth strategy, which began with the investment of Verium, a multi-family office based in Zurich.<\/p>\n

Expanding cloud and cybersecurity expertise and expansion in German-speaking Switzerland <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Sequotech group is pursuing its mission to unite the best of Swiss IT by combining entrepreneurial freedom with collective strength to shape the future of digital services. In this context, the group acquires ProCloud AG, an IT service provider founded in 2012 and based in Lenzburg, specializing in cloud services, Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity.<\/p>\n

Within Sequotech, ProCloud strengthens the group’s already established presence in German-speaking Switzerland. It also complements the group’s service portfolio strategically, particularly in the Microsoft Cloud competence area, for which the company was awarded Microsoft Partner of the Year.<\/p>\n

Continuity and commitment of the founders<\/strong><\/p>\n

The founders Stephan Mahler and Patrice Steiner will retain operational management and a significant stake in Sequotech. The company will adopt the same corporate design as the other six members of the group in order to reflect the group’s new, uniform identity.<\/p>\n
