Successful succession: Mobil in Time acquires the family business Wärmemobil

Diessenhofen, July 16, 2024 – The Mobil in Time Group ("MiT") has completed the acquisition of Wärmemobil in Weiningen, thereby further expanding the Group's position in the building technology sector and strengthening its presence in the Zurich area.

Verium first invested in MiT in 2019 and has supported the Group‘s development into a leading player in the areas of mobile energy solutions and WDR through organic growth and a selective buy-and-build strategy. In 2022, the company was transferred to a continuation fund to further accelerate its attractive growth potential.
