Strategic Partnership: Mobil in Time Group expands its water damage restoration business with Bilfit

Diessenhofen, April 25, 2024 – Mobil in Time Group („MiT“) acquires Bilfit, a leading specialist in leak detection and water damage restoration („WDR“) and expands the Group‘s presence throughout German-speaking Switzerland. In conjunction with the existing MiT Group WDR companies nassag, Trobag and Zigerlig, a supra-regional market leader is created.

Verium first invested in MiT in 2019 and has supported the Group‘s development into a leading player in the areas of mobile energy solutions and WDR through organic growth and a selective buy-and-build strategy. In 2022, the company was transferred to a continuation fund to further accelerate its attractive growth potential.
