Doubling Down on Customized Solutions: Linear Computing joins Toradex

Horw, April 24, 2024 – Verium’s Portfolio Company, Toradex Group AG (“Toradex”), and Linear Computing Inc. (“LCI”) join forces and create an embedded hardware and software powerhouse. With this acquisition, Toradex is able to serve its customers as a one-stop-shop having all core competencies under one roof. This strategic move is a win-win-win situation for Toradex, LCI and especially both companies’ customers.

Since the initial investment of Verium in 2016, Toradex has developed well-above expectations. Toradex is a high-conviction investment, which is why Verium launched a continuation fund to carry on investing into the business. The acquisition of LCI marks another milestone in the ambitious growth plans of Toradex and there are more to come!
