We were able to purchase two plots located at the end of the dead-end street "Im Glockenacker" in autumn 2021 through an estate agent. We plan to construct a number of apartments in different sizes, varying between 2.5 and 4.5 rooms. Of course, buyers will also have the option to combine apartments. Very good access to public transport and nearby recreation areas makes for an excellent combination of "city feeling" with all the benefits of nature. We anticipate a sales launch in autumn 2022 and the start of construction in early 2023.
