Sarnen (Obwalden)

The architects "Seiler Linhart" in Lucerne are working on a study with 5 buildings distributed over two courtyard groups. In the present concept, a gross floor area of around 3,200 m2 is aimed for. This corresponds to approx. 20 flats and around 40 underground parking spaces. The realisation of the project requires close cooperation with the monument protection authorities.
