In spring 2021, we were able to acquire the property on Schoorenstrasse in Kilchberg in a bid process which had attracted great interest. Even though we had to bid the maximum price, we are very confident that we will realise an economically interesting project thanks to a well-thought-out architectural design and ideal utilisation of the possible cubic indices. Due to high demand for residential property in Kilchberg in combination with a virtually non-existent supply, average selling prices have risen by more than 5% since we purchased the property.

The eight apartments will all have spacious outdoor areas and lake views. Because of its location, the project will be positioned in the luxury segment.
