Real Estate Club Deals

With our Club Deals, we enable our clients to participate in the development of residential real estate. We focus on projects with up to 20 condominium units in prime locations, mostly in and around Zurich.

Historically low interest rates in combination with an unflagging demand make real estate development projects a very interesting asset class.

After completing a very successful real estate development project in Basel in 2020, which was partially financed by Verium investors, Verium established a subsidiary company together with a strategic development partner at the beginning of 2021 with the aim of making the "Real Estate Projects Switzerland" asset class available to a wider circle of Verium clients.

We focus on the development of residential property in the city of Zurich as well as in the municipalities on the left and right shores of Lake Zurich. As Club Deal investors, Verium clients become stakeholders in both the acquiring company and the project development company. Investors will receive a very attractive interest on their capital during the construction phase and will receive a dividend equivalent to the proportionate project profit on completion of the project.

Verium's partners and employees as well as our strategic joint venture partner contribute approximately 5% of the required capital to the real estate projects from their own capital resources.
