Real Estate Club Deals

Since March 2021, Verium has been offering its clients the opportunity to participate in real estate development projects in the condominium sector in the form of club deals. Due to the great demand from our investors and thanks to the close cooperation with a selected number of real estate development partners, we were able to launch an impressive number of development projects in a short time.

The focus of Verium is on the development of residential property in the city of Zurich and in the communities on the left and right banks of the lake. Investors receive a very attractive return on invested capital during the construction phase and a substantial share of project profits upon completion.

Verium's partners and employees as well as our strategic joint venture partner participate in the real estate projects with own funds of around 5% of the required capital.
