Investment approach

Since March 2021, Verium is offering its clients the opportunity to participate in real estate development projects in the form of club deals, primarily in condominiums. The focus is on the development and realization of properties in locations with very high demand and limited supply in the city of Zurich and in the municipalities on the left and right banks of the lake.

The partners and employees of Verium participate in the projects not only with their full commitment and know-how, but also with their own capital for the equalization of investor interests.
