Verium's initial investment in MiT was made in 2019 with the aim of becoming the clear market leader for mobile energy solutions in Switzerland through organic growth and a targeted buy-and-build strategy. Based on the successful execution of the strategy, the diversification into water damage restoration, the rollout of environmental friendly heating solutions as well as the experienced and competent management team, Verium invested again in 2022 to capitalize on the attractive market potential and further accelerate inorganic growth.

The application area of mobile energy - heating, cooling, steam - is versatile and proved resilient even in the context of the Corona and Ukraine crises. Among other things, customers are active in the fields of industry (e.g. process cooling), construction (e.g. construction drying, heating renovations), building technology, events and facility management. The Group currently operates a broad equipment pool with more than 450 units in the heating and cooling segments, complemented by a comprehensive range of services in water damage restoration.
