Ardian becomes new lead investor in Dovida

Zurich, 24 July 2025 – Verium is proud to announce the successful sale of Dovida, a leading international provider of non-medical home care services, to Ardian. Verium Investors, together with the founder and CEO Paul Fritz, will re-invest significantly.

Since initially investing in Home Instead back in 2014 alongside founder and CEO Paul Fritz, the Group has grown impressively and further expanded its international footprint. After a partial exit in 2021, Verium re-invested together with Paul Fritz and the extended management team, successfully continuing the Group’s expansion strategy together with Unigestion.

Alongside Paul Fritz, who will continue to lead the Group as CEO, Verium Investors will stay significantly invested in Dovida, pursuing further international growth opportunities together with the new lead investor Ardian.

Verium sells MiT Group to Aggreko

Zürich, July 11, 2025 – Verium is proud to announce the successful sale of Mobil in Time Gruppe (“MiT”), the leading provider of mobile energy solutions and water damage restoration in the DACH-region to Aggreko.

Since Verium AG’s initial partnership with MiT in 2019, the Group has shown strong organic and inorganic growth and was subsequently rolled into a continuation fund (“Verium I”) together with another portfolio company, Toradex in 2022. This exit marks a first milestone for Verium I, placing the fund in the top decile of 2022 vintage continuation funds.

“It was a great honour and incredibly fun to work with the management team of Mobil in Time Group. During our partnership with them, the company has grown impressively, and we are proud of everything we have achieved together”, says George Merk, Partner Direct Investments.

SmartYou SA joins the Sequotech group

Delémont, July 10, 2025 – The Sequotech group announces its third integration this year – SmartYou SA, a leading provider of managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, IT security, and Microsoft 365 solutions. This strategic move significantly strengthens Sequotech’s presence in the Romandie, particularly in the region of Geneva.

With this acquisition, Sequotech now comprises eight companies and around 330 experts. In line with the group’s philosophy, SmartYou SA will continue to operate independently under its existing name, with its current team, leadership, and company culture, while gaining access to the group’s collective expertise and synergies.
